My Story


Hi you, I'm glad you're here!


I'm Raelynn, a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, Art Life Coach and photographer. I’ve been creative and artsy for as long as I can remember, but two years ago, I decided to turn my passion for art into a deeper calling.

I completed a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner Program and became an Art Life Coach to help women like you.


Why did I start this journey? Growing up, I dreamed of becoming a psychologist, but life took me in a different direction. After having children and realizing how difficult it would be to return to school full-time, I found a way to combine my love of art and psychology. Now, I’m helping women who feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of their identity to reconnect with themselves through creative self-expression.


I know what it feels like to lose sight of who you are. I know what it’s like to feel lonely, overwhelmed, and uncertain. That’s why I’ve created this space—so you can explore, heal, and find yourself again.


What I offer

One-on-One Sessions


Private, personalized sessions where we work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and identity through creative activities like journaling, affirmation cards, and rage expression.

Group Workshops


Join a supportive group of women on a similar journey of self-discovery. We explore topics like overcoming perfectionism, expressing anger in healthy ways, and finding gratitude through creative projects like zen gardens, glitter sensory jars, and paint pouring.

Private Party Workshops


Host a unique and creative gathering for your friends or family! Whether it’s a special occasion or just for fun, these workshops focus on mindfulness and creativity, leaving everyone feeling refreshed and reconnected.

Mindful Photography


Combine mindfulness and photography to capture moments of self-reflection and expression. These sessions allow you to see yourself from a new perspective, both literally and figuratively.

How it works


Each session starts with a short guided meditation to help you connect to your body and enter a calm state of mind. We’ll then check in with how you’re feeling before starting the creative activity of the day. Whether it’s bilateral painting, creating a worry monster, or journaling, you’ll have space to express yourself while relaxing music plays in the background.


This isn’t traditional therapy—there’s no pressure to talk if you don’t want to. Sometimes, words aren’t necessary, and that’s okay. I truly believe that “art is worth a thousand words,” and your creative expression can speak volumes about who you are and what you need.
